The global change System for Analysis, Research and Training (START) and the Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN) is inviting applications to the Institute on "The Monsoon System: Prediction of Change and Variability" to be held at the East-West Center and the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii, from 2-12 January 2008.
